Chicken Salad Croissants

I love easy recipes. We are literally living off of simple right now with moving. Half of my kitchen is packed up so I honestly don't have much of a choice. I love when I can mix easy with flavor because this fresh sandwich is packed with it.

And I am not at all being paid to say this but you need to get your croissants from Costco. They are by far the superior croissant for this recipe, unless you are getting it from a bakery!
